Prices:

The price of each product is not displayed on the website. Request for quotes via email, written or verbally are accepted, once a request has been received, the necessary quote will be issued by LiveforLess to the relevant customer, containing all pertinent information.  Product description, Quantity, Price and Price plus VAT.  All quotations are sent to a customer with Error and omissions accepted by the customer.  LiveforLess will under no circumstance accept liability or cost for any error in a quotation.

The cost of shipping within the borders of South Africa is determined as follows:
The cost of shipping/Delivery within the borders of South Africa are based on our agents pricing and geographical location from point of origin and will be clearly stated in the quote, if applicable.  Shipping/Delivery costs do not appear on the website.

Value Added Tax:

Value added tax at the rate of 14% is charged on goods bought by South African residents.

Deliveries

Delivery time by LiveforLess, is not stated on the website but will be confirmed with the customer and clearly stated on the specific quotation.  Delivery location and time of day will be confirmed with the relevant customer on acceptance of the Quote.  Delivery will be made by a delivery agent or the manufacturer themselves.  LiveforLess will endeavour at all times to meet customer needs but delivery time is dependent on the manufacturer or delivery agent of the product.  Only once a Quotation is accepted, through email, verbally or written and full payment has been made will the quoted delivery time come in to affect.

Delays and cancellations

LiveforLess makes every effort to assure that the information supplied on the site and quotation is accurate. Where delays and out of stock situations occur, every effort will be made to inform the buyer.  LiveforLess will under no circumstances be held liable for any delay, out of stocks and/or cancellations whatsoever

Acceptance of a Quotation and Agreement of Sale by LiveforLess.

Acceptance of a quotation constitutes that the buyer has agreed and fully understood the contents of such quotation and the terms and conditions of LiveforLess, furthermore has read and fully understood our terms and conditions and the quotation in full.  The buyer at all times takes sole and full responsibility for such acceptance of a quotation and LiveforLess will under no circumstances be held liable for any misunderstanding of a quotation or the terms and conditions here laid out, at any time, whatsoever.  These terms and conditions are freely available on our site and upon request, and it is the customer/buyers responsibility to have read and fully understood LiveforLess's terms and conditions and the contents of any quote from LiveforLess.  Acceptance of a quotation is seen as emailed, verbal, written consent by the buyer/customer to LiveforLess, including employees.  Please note that LiveforLess reserves the right to change quoted pricing without notice and at any time, at their discretion.  Prices quoted can change and will be communicated to the relevant party, validity of the quote is superceded by the above statement.  Thus a quote may be valid for i.e. 30 days but LiveforLess reserves the right to change prices quoted as necesary and without notice should supplier pricing change within the quoted 30 days.  The customer then has the right to accept or decline the amendment to the quote, LiveforLess will not be held too or made liable for any price changes within the quoted validity and time period.  Our prices are open to change and we will not be held to any quoted price should the priceing change from our suppliers within the i.e. 30 days validity of the quote.

Agreement of Sale only comes in to affect on acceptance of a quotation by the customer and full payment has been made to LiveforLess for quoted product and such payment reflects on our bank statement.  Once this has been received the delivery process can begin. LiveforLess reserves the right to refuse to accept and/or execute an order without giving any reasons. LiveforLess also reserves the right to cancel orders in whole or in part as circumstances dictate. LiveforLess shall only be liable to refund monies already paid by the customer/buyer.

LiveforLess shall take all reasonable efforts to maintain correct prices. However, should errors occur and products are offered at incorrect prices, LiveforLess will not be obliged to sell goods at such incorrect prices and shall only be liable to refund monies paid.

Acceptance of a quotation is considered a legally binding document between customer/buyer and LiveforLess.

Product terms - Sale and Delivery.

Product sold and delivered - Once a product has been delivered to the relevant customer, ownership passes completely to that customer from LiveforLess.  Any product failure whatsoever, whether from manufacturer defect/ Acts of God/owner misuse or negligence is for the customers cost/account and LiveforLess will for no reason whatsoever be held liable for such cost of replacement, repair, defect, owner misuse or negligence, acts of god, maintenance (collectively referred to as product failure) or any such reason that may arise, leading to product failure once the product has been delivered to the customer and thus ownership passed from LiveforLess to said customer, completely

LiveforLess will provide the customer with all necessary contact details of the manufacturer of the product sold, to customers on our website. Product failures will be the responsibility of the manufacturer/supplier of products to LiveforLess, to resolve, and not the responsibility of LiveforLess in any circumstance.

All guarantees and warranties of products sold by LiveforLess are provided for by the Manufacturer and not by LiveforLess.  LiveforLess will not be held liable for any supplied product guarantee or warrantee, it is the responsibility of the customer and now owner of the product/s to ensure that he has received, read and understood the Manufacturer of the products guarantee and warrantee policies.  Should they not have been supplied with the product it is the responsibility of the customer to contact the manufacturer of the product to acquire such documents.  LiveforLess takes no responsibility or liability in ensuring such documents have been supplied to the customer or ensuring that said warrantees or guarantees are honoured by the manufacturer of the products, sold on LiveforLess website.

RETURNS - as laid down under Bauer Conditions, this will not be handled by LiveforLess with regards to any product sold on this site.  Responsibility falls to the customer/now owner of particular product to contact manufacturer and organise return of product.  All costs there involved is to the customer/now owners account and not to/for LiveforLess

Governing Law

This site is hosted, controlled and operated from the Republic of South Africa and therefore governed by South African law..

Privacy

LiveforLess shall take all reasonable steps to protect the personal information of Users. For the purpose of this clause, "personal information" shall be defined as detailed in the Promotion of Access to Information Act 2 of 2000 (PAIA). LiveforLess chooses as its domicilium citandi et executandi for all purposes under this agreement, whether in respect of court process, notice, or other documents or communication of whatsoever nature, Kempton Park Johannesburg Gauteng South Africa.

Term and Termination

This agreement/terms and conditions shall commence when the user registers on the LiveforLess website or accepts a quote as laid out above, and continues indefinitely until terminated by LiveforLess, or for any other reason
